GYM, PILATES, YOGA, REHAB
Ranelagh Physiotherapy Clinic has a spacious, modern and fully-equipped rehab gym dedicated to your recovery. The gym area is used for both personal and group exercise classes such as pilates and yoga. You will receive a personalised program of exercises that can be progressed and developed to get you back on the road to recovery.
Our group exercise classes are very effective and have a maximum of four people per class. This means the instructor has ample time to correct all your postures and positions.

Run by a Chartered Physiotherapist, who is also a qualified Pilates instructor. We run both individual and group classes.
For maximum benefit and learning we only have four people in a class. Each class will run for one hour and is booked four weeks at a time. We provide your mats and equipment.
The classes are lead by Aisling, a highly qualified and experienced Yoga instructor. Our classes are for all ages including mums and babies, retired people and easy livers. Experience the benefit of a small class in a spacious relaxed uninterrupted environment. Each class will run for one hour and is booked four weeks at a time.

To complete your recovery our physiotherapists will use the gym to develop a personalised exercise program to suite your individual rehabilitation needs.
