PILATES
Pilates is a form of strength training in which the goal is to improve muscle tone rather than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance.
We offer 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 small session or group classes in which there would be a maximum of 5 people in the class.
A physiotherapist will be on hand to provide you the necessary care and guidance to ensure you are in a safe and comfortable environment.
Our classes are for all ages and for all grades. Experience the benefit of a small class in a spacious relaxed uninterrupted environment.
