YOGA
Hatha yoga is a slower type of yoga, which is a great option for beginners or people who want to reduce stress and create mind-body awareness through a gentle activity. Yet, it can build strength, improve flexibility and align posture. Our classes are open to all: genders, ages, and shaped bodies!
Yoga can be offered as 1:1 for complete beginners that want to learn in a private setting under the care and support of Jane our Yoga Instructor.
You can also avail of small group classes of maximum 5 in a class in which Jane can help you to progress on your mobility and technique in the various positions.
